A UK class action against Microsoft

Alexander Wolfson, a highly experienced barrister of more than 25 years standing, is proposing to bring an opt-out class action claim against software giant Microsoft on behalf of all public and private organisations in the UK that purchased certain computer software licences (including for Microsoft Office and Windows).
